Welcome on my website! We are well into 2008 and a lot has changed for me in the past few months. In August of 2007 I decided to make a big change and moved from Iowa to Texas. I now reside in Carrollton, TX which is North Dallas. I’m a personal Trainer full time and I’m also back in school. I am working on a business degree. I will finish my associates program in October 2008 and will start my bachelors program a few weeks later. I am a certified personal trainer and have limited space available for on- on-one training. I finally decided to get back on stage. My first show is the Ronnie Coleman Classic April 19th 2008. Followed by the Lone Star Classic June 7th, 2008 in Plano Texas. I may finish up the year with a show in the fall.

I’ve also just joined the Applied Nutriceuticals team as a rep. and I’m also a board rep on www.bodybuilding.com and www.anabolicminds.com for Applied Nutriceuticals. I will be frequenting many of the Vitamin Shoppes in the North Dallas area promoting some of their great products.
